Thank you so much for supporting Course Couture! We hope you love every piece in your order—but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve made returns and exchanges quick and easy.

Our Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

You’ll need your order confirmation or receipt to initiate a return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@coursecouture.shop to request a return or exchange.
Once approved, we’ll provide you instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Want a different size or style? We're happy to offer an exchange if the item is in stock. Just follow the same steps above and let us know what you'd like instead.
Exchange shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away. We’ll make it right.

International Orders

International orders are final sale.

Due to the high cost of international shipping, duties, and customs processing, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders at this time.

Please review sizing details and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have questions prior to purchasing, we’re always happy to help.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (depending on your financial institution).
